Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 222win ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 222win website at 222win.ws and any associated services — including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, sabong, bingo, fishing games, and live dealer tables — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Currency: All transactions on the 222win platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 222win platform — including but not limited to the 222win brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 222win or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 222win platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to:

Limitation of Liability

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination. All provisions of these Terms that are intended by their nature to survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to These Terms

222win reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players.
